We are just an hour and a half's drive from Glasgow. Take the M77 and A77 to the seaside town of Girvan. Go through the town until you reach a roundabout with a sandstone sculpture of a boat. Take the A714 towards Newton Stewart. After the village of Pinmore, turn left onto the small B734 towards Barr. The road crosses the River Stinchar on a hump-back bridge and then takes you up a steep hill on a tight double bend. Follow the road up the valley for 2.5 miles until you reach the drive of Minuntion on your left - there is a tall metal sign with a hare on it.
