Discover the romance of this bolthole in the bright and cosy upstairs sitting room with wonderful views of the river and the hills beyond. Read, play board games, watch a film, listen to vinyl records and bask in the warmth of a wood-burning stove.
It is light and comfortable with a super king-sized bed, sheepskin rugs and bookshelves full of nature writing. There are two bathrooms with dressing gowns and natural, handmade soaps. It has a well equipped kitchen which will thrill any cook and a breakfast hamper of local produce can also be arranged.

Pinclanty Cottage
Sleeps 6
This cottage has traditional country style and spectacular views across the valley.
On the ground floor you'll find a cosy sitting room with a wood-burning stove and a smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring. There is a dining room and well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, shower room and a separate toilet. There is also a utility room and boot room to deal with those dripping wet coats, muddy boots and dogs!
Upstairs are two more bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with twin beds. The upstairs bathroom has a deep bath and natural, handmade soaps made nearby in Galloway.
